Reservation Policies

 

Minimum 3 Night Stay

We require a three night minimum stay, however, many of our guests stay longer!

Method of Payment

We send invoices digitally through Square with requires a card payment and includes a 3% surcharge. We do accept cash and checks if discussed ahead of time. An 8% Montana Lodging & Facility Tax is not included in the pricing. All rates are subject to change.

 

Check-in/ Check-out

Check-in is 4:00 p.m., and check-out is 11:00 a.m.

 

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% is required for all ranch stays. The balance will be due before the time of departure. Deposits are non-refundable unless your trip is canceled 90 days PRIOR to arrival. Deposits will not be refunded if the cancellation date is within 90 days of the reservation date. Deposit is 50% of lodging amount. If refunded, this does not include the 3.3% transaction fee.

 

No Smoking

Our cabins are smoke free. There will be an additional $500 recovery fee charged to the guest if there is smoking in a cabin.
